Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, holidays or supplier delays.

Estimated delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country and local carrier conditions.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, incorrect shipping information, holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been processed, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for reshipping costs or lost packages.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Orders
