Return and Refund Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at mijaildshipper@proton.me with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at mijaildshipper@proton.me with photos or videos of the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund or suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, worn or damaged by the customer
- Items returned without prior contact
- Items not in their original condition
- Gift cards, if applicable

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel it.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Legal Guarantee

Products are covered by the applicable legal guarantee for lack of conformity under consumer protection laws.

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or does not match the description, please contact us at mijaildshipper@proton.me with your order number, photos or videos, and a description of the issue.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery.
